Extended Version: www.youtube.com Note: The camera was put down for a bit , which is why the shot jumps to the child suddenly being free. They didn't expect to find a little girl and rescue her, which is why it doesn't seem like the man who eventually carries her off really knows the child. It did not start out as a rescue effort, so it really is a miracle. There are some people who doubt the hero of the reporters, but every person there acted heroically. Richard Moran, a cameraman with the commercial Nine Network, put down his camera and lifted pieces of concrete out of the way while Nine's interpreter and fixer Deiby Celestino climbed into the tangled mess to retrieve the child. "And then, out of the ruins came this little girl, and I will never forget it. She did not cry. She looked astonished, almost as if she was seeing the world for the first time," Nine reporter Robert Penfold told The Australian. The images of the child's rescue were captured by Nine's major rival Seven, and footage beamed around the world showed Seven's correspondent Mike Amor holding the dusty little girl and giving her water. "That moment, it was beyond news," Amor said. "I haven't seen anything so remarkable since the birth of my own child. The emotion for all of us has been incredible." Amor said the news crews and the locals who had helped locate the girl were concentrated on rescuing the child rather than news priorities. "The focus of everybody on that hill was the little girl, and as any

IDF Search and Rescue teams in Port-au-Prince Haiti pulled a 52 year-old Hatian man from the rubble of a collapsed building. The team worked for 8 hours to extract the man, who was in good condition despite wounds on his limbs and dehydration. He had been trapped in the rubble for 90 hours, and had managed to communicate his location to rescue forces via sms. The IDF sent an aid delegation of over 220 search and rescue and medical personnel to assist in the rescue efforts following the devastating earthquake in Haiti. Search and rescue teams are working around the clock to extract victims trapped in the rubble and the IDF has constructed a field hospital capable of treating up to 500 people a day near the soccer field in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.

This is dedicated to the victims and the families of the victims of the Earthquake in Haiti. You are in my heart, thoughts, and prayers. I pray that the lyrics and message gives you comfort and uplifts your spirit in this time of tragedy and despair. God bless you. --Sorry if my voice is a lil cracky/shaky. I was actually starting to get emotional and I was really feelin' it. LYRICS: If I wrote a note to God I would speak what's in my soul I'd ask for all the hate to be swept away For love to overflow. If I wrote a note to God I'd pour my heart out on each page I'd ask for war to end And for peace to mend this world. I'd say, I'd say, I'd say Give us the strength to make it through Help us find love 'cause love is overdue And it seems like so much is goin' wrong On this road we're on. If I wrote a note to God I would say please help us find our way End all the bitterness Put some tenderness in our hearts. I'd say, I'd say, I'd say Give us the strength to make it through Help us find love 'cause love is overdue And it looks like we haven't got a clue. Need some help from you Grant us the faith to carry on Give us hope when it seems all hope is gone 'Cause it seems like so much is goin' wrong On this road we're on. No, no, (no...) We can't do it on our own So, so... (Give us the strength to make it through)Us... ... (Help us find love 'cause love is overdue) And it looks like we haven't got a clue Need some help... One night in Chapel, the kids had an opportunity to come up on stage, share their testimony and sing. Two girls, Jeanette and Liliane, sang a duet that blew everyone away. They sung with their hearts, and obviously sang to God. The crowd went crazy. Since the lighting was so bad, we asked them for an encore and they were happy to oblige. Here they are singing while seated in their orphanage. Crowded conditions, a dangerous and cruel community outside their gated compound, and conditions that we Westerners would call "deplorable", but these girls have a joy in their heart that many would not understand. This joy is evident in their singing. Where does that joy come from? The HOPE that comes from a relationship with God through His Son, Jesus Christ!
