Suomalainen klassikko, suosittu myös muidenkin kuin vasemmistointoilijoiden korvissa Maa vieras on ja kylmä kevät sen Natalia, sua paleltaa Niin kaukana on ikäväsi maa Jo tuoksuu yössä aistit huumaten akasia Taas kerro mulle maasta nuoruutes Natalia, sua kuuntelen Ja tunnen veres virran lämpöisen Kun hehkuun jähmettyneen sydämes saa Ukraina! Maa vieras on ja vieras kansa sen Natalia, sua tunne en Jaan osas vain, ja sellin kivisen Ja unes kerran tuoksuu sullekin akasia Vaan silmäis sinen viha tummentaa Natalia, kun muistat taas On vieras hävittänyt armaan maas Vain koirat raunioita samoaa, oi Ukraina! Niin vitkaan siirtyy varjo ristikon Natalia, oi kuuletko? Soi yössä rakentajain laulut jo He palaavat ja silloin vapaa on taas Ukraina! säv. Kaj Chydenius san. Elvi Sinervo Lyrics in English (orig. Sinervo's lyrics were written in Finnish): The land is strange and freezing is its spring Natalia, you're feeling cold The land you long for still so far away Acacia smelling, senses dazing in the night Tell me of the country of your youth Natalia, I'll listen to you And feel the warm flow of your blood Your heart was petrified but set ablaze by Ukraine! The land is strange, strange is its nation too Natalia, I know you not I merely share your part, our cell that's made of stone and your dream, once again you will smell the acacia Hatred darkens the blue that's in your eyes Natalia, when you recall Strangers ravaging the land you love Only dogs still wander in the ruins - oh ...

Amazing song:) NATALIA WYGRAŁA SUPERJEDYNKE W KATEGORII DEBIUT ROKU! It's cold today and I am stuck inside Watching naked trees reach to the sky For the light they hope is there Its about to shine and catch them unaware But just like me they fear the wind Afraid of the change thats happening Something is gone something's so new I can't help myself when I think of you I fall... I've got wings to fly I close my eyes and Fall Been so long since I have touch the sky at all You make me remember what it's like So one more time, I fall... I am like glass easy to break So be careful now of what you say Don't say things you dont really mean Cuz I am still affraid of shattering Dont move too fast I am in your hands If I am gonna take the chance again Be gentle with me or set me down Cuz I know that I am about to Fall... The snow is only frozen rain What goes away comes back again I see the world the world now through your eyes And all of the colors seem so bright I won't look back I won't look down But if I fall... Will you be the ground?
